Work with NIBO

WHAT NIBO DOES

Commercial representation for supported U.S. market entry.

NIBO helps international companies understand their U.S. opportunity, prepare a clear commercial proposition, identify appropriate partners or customers, and build lasting market relationships. Our objective is not simply to make an introduction, but to prepare the opportunity and remain involved as the U.S. business grows.

PROCESS

A practical path to market discussions.

  1. 01

    Understand

Learn about the company, product or solution, capabilities, differentiation, and U.S. market objectives.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Organize the commercial, product, quality, packaging, and regulatory information needed for credible U.S. market discussions.

  3. 03

    Position

Develop the market proposition, supporting materials, and partner criteria for the U.S. opportunity.

  4. 04

    Connect

Identify and introduce appropriate importers, distributors, buyers, channel partners, or other commercial partners.

  5. 05

    Develop

Support communication, negotiations, follow-up, and long-term relationship development as the U.S. business grows.

HOW TRANSACTIONS ARE STRUCTURED

Clear roles in every commercial relationship.

For physical products, the appropriate U.S. importer, distributor, buyer, or commercial partner contracts directly with the represented producer and manages the operational responsibilities assigned to that party, including importation, customs, distribution, or inventory where applicable.

For software and technology solutions, the U.S. customer or channel partner contracts directly with the represented provider unless the parties establish another written structure.

NIBO coordinates commercial positioning, partner identification, introductions, communication, and ongoing business development. Unless expressly agreed in writing, NIBO does not take title to goods, act as importer of record, warehouse inventory, distribute products, or resell represented products or solutions.
