Working in coordination with NIBO Trading Partners in the United States, the Serbian operation supports the development of efficient, reliable international supply relationships.

We identify appropriate Serbian and European producers, evaluate supplier capabilities, coordinate product specifications, review quality and supporting documentation, and develop long-term sourcing relationships.

We support product sourcing and purchasing coordination, packaging and commercial documentation, shipment preparation, export logistics coordination, and communication with international commercial partners.

The Serbian operation can support the U.S. operation’s sourcing and product-supply activities by coordinating producers, product requirements, documentation, and export preparation. Each opportunity is evaluated commercially, with responsibilities established in the relevant agreements.
The initial direct-trading focus is freeze-dried fruit sourced from Serbia, starting with raspberries and potentially expanding to other fruits. Sourcing and supply arrangements are under development; product availability, specifications, and delivery terms must be confirmed individually. This focus complements NIBO’s wider work in food and beverage, industrial products, technology and software, and selected consumer products.

NIBO represents selected producers and solution providers in the U.S. market. Transactions are generally completed directly between the producer or provider and the customer, importer, or distributor. NIBO coordinates market development and commercial relationships but does not automatically take ownership of represented products or become their importer or buyer.

Under separate direct-trading arrangements, NIBO may purchase products from selected international suppliers and coordinate importation, inventory, distribution, and sales through appropriate commercial channels. Direct trading is being developed; responsibilities depend on the applicable commercial agreements.
